1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 32ph website located at https://32ph.app, its mobile-optimized interface, all associated games, features, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2.Eligibility

Access to and use of the 32ph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 32ph or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 32ph Platform or had your account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any government-mandated exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

3.Account Registration

To access the full features of the 32ph Platform, you must register for an account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Notify 32ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

32ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 32ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 32ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 32ph account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 32ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period. 32ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to applicable limits.

Anti-Money Laundering: 32ph is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Funds held in your 32ph account do not earn interest. 32ph holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds to ensure their protection.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

32ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 32ph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 32ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• D&T Ranking loyalty points are earned in accordance with the D&T Ranking program rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.

6.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 32ph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

32ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 32ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 32ph cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 32ph's discretion.

32ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical issue that materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 32ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 32ph staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8.Responsible Gaming

32ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 32ph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, or week.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set number of hours logged in.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 32ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 32ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 32ph.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 32ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

32ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 32ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 32ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.Account Termination

You may close your 32ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

32ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, 32ph may forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 12, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.

12.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 32ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Makati City.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 32ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13.Amendments to These Terms

32ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 32ph Platform after any changes to these Terms have been posted and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
